Newly constructed holiday home in Barrio Nuevo, with a lovely pool.
From this location you can get to the beaches and coves of Roche in under 10 minutes by car, and the town of Conil de la Frontera, just over 10 minutes.

EQUIPMENT

The house consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two singles; fully equipped kitchen with all you need to feel at home, one bathroom with shower and an exterior toilet.

In the exterior area you will find the pool, garden and private secure parking. There are also sun loungers, barbecue and garden furniture to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

LOCATION

Holiday rentals are as much in demand in Conil year round, as well as the main holiday season, which is from May to October when the town´s population swells, and visitors enjoy the mild climate as well as the lively atmosphere on the streets.

You can visit Conil's beaches such as Los Bateles o Fontanilla, or try the infinite and still natural beach of El Palmar, the famous coves (Roche, Poniente, del Aceite, Puntalejo, etc.)
There is a great choice of eating places in the area, and in the evenings the streets are full of terraces and bars, or you can watch the sunset from one of the beach bars. You can visit the local monuments or other towns in the province of Cádiz. There is so much to do you are sure to need to make a return visit to fit everything in.
