Conil is one of the most famous and well known locations on the Costa de la Luz. The centre of Conil is filled with many tapa bars, nightclubs and pubs all of which are suitable for all types of crowd.
Nightlife in Conil de la Frontera is a known activity in the province of Cadiz, especially in the summertime. Conil offers fun and entertainment for people of all ages.
Nightlife usually begins in Conil late at night. After a busy day at the beach, they often linger over coffee about 8 or 9 p.m. and then go out to the tapa bars located in downtown Conil at 11 p.m. The first beers are usually taken in the numerous restaurants and tapa bars that are located in the old town and boardwalk.
When going out in Conil, the people of the area tend to go out close to the beach area near the boardwalk. Hundreds of people gather in a very good environment taking their first drink of the night.
Then people usually continue through the famous bar route of Conil. There are plenty pubs to choose from, some of the best known places are La Luna, Palo Palo, La Cochera, La Tertulia.
Around 4 a.m. the pubs and bars close, but the nightclubs located at the top of the town like Icarus or toward the beach marquees, next to the Bateles beach which are open until dawn.
If you want to have drinks in a quiet and relaxed location, there are many bars that close late and offer a very relaxed atmosphere for those couples or groups of friends that are keen in enjoying themselves in a quiet and chill-out atmosphere.
