The names of the Coves in Conil de la Frontera are strange to say the least with a fine example being 'Cala del pato', which translates as Duck Cove and is called so due to a rock projection present on the beach which has the appearance of a duck's head and neck! Cala Pato is surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes. This beach in Conil has 600 metres of fine white sands and some dramatic red cliffs. Some parts of the beach are nudist areas.
There are no public services here, but you can find parking right at the access point. There are stairs that lead you straight down to the beach. |
